    symptoms such as dizziness or headache

    Hi, i'm 13 weeks. i knew mummy will have those symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting. But how about dizziness or headache? Not sure am i having low blood pressure. Shall i visit my family clinic? Appreciate for the advice.
