The diarrhea didn’t last long. At most a day. I’m now 26 weeks along. This BFP is from a fresh cycle though. Don’t stress! If you are still having diarrhea, then consult the doctor. It’s very important that you stay relaxed. Easier said than done but I think it’s key to BFP. Good luck!

I am attending the antenatal classes at KK. If you are a patient at KK, there is KK’s patient rates, which is quite ok for the number of classes. Right now, the class has just finished on pain relief during labor. It is quite informative especially for first time parents. The first couple of...

I got a bathtub that comes with a stand. I think I would prefer to stand than sit when showering baby. But in the event I’m wrong, I can remove the bathtub from the stand. One consideration I would have with tub on wheels is the amount of water splashing?

That’s a nice deal. I am looking at Spectra pumps, in particular the S1 pump, but there doesn’t seem much deals for Spectra. I’m hoping to get the big items at this fair - cot, car seat, pram etc

I think if you had natural delivery, then you could start very quickly after birth. If you had c-section, then its at least 6 weeks before you can have a massage.

    IVF with KKH (Tan HH)

A few months ago, somehow Dr Tan and I got started on the topic of doctors going into private practice, but got quickly interrupted by the ultrasound image. He said that there are reasons/considerations why he and some colleagues don’t go into private practice. Unfortunately we didn’t get to...

    Infant care

It's best to visit the centers to take a look at the setup. We looked at the teacher to infant ratio, the shower area (air conditioned or not), if infants are separated from the preschoolers, the hygiene of the place, what activities are scheduled for infants, if schools allow parents to visit...

My procedure was called hysteroscopy. It was done under GA and also by Dr Tan HH. The procedure is to look inside the womb and make sure all is fine. There were cramps when I woke up from GA. I did it about 2-3 months before my 3rd fresh cycle. Dr Tan reviewed the results during my next appt...

Thanks! I got the IVF insurance from GE too. Yep, now upon looking through the policy, i think there is no need for a maternity insurance; payout is not significant and this GE IVF insurance is less restrictive. If I got it right, as long as neonates are placed in ward level or 3, can claim but...

Actually this insurance bought during IVF should suffice right? It is more for the babies if they need to be placed in NICU which is really the bulk of the costs.

How many weeks are you at now? I suppose for twins, the risks are probably higher. Mine's a singleton and I'm undecided if its worth it to pay $700 plus for limited coverage.
