i dun dare to stand on the weighing scale... i look at myself at the mirror and i look like gained 5kg more which is scary considering my small build. I hear differing cases for different friends, some lose n some gain at first Tri. So it's normal to b different this round.

Am in my 10 weeks now. btw i ttc almost 9 years w nothing until 2 attempts of ivf this year, this is the first time conceived naturally. So i believe that ivf does prep the body, either coz we are more careful in diet or the hormones in the body... it's quite unexplainable.

Actually no hard facts to avoid dairy pdt altogether. Depends if your body rejects, eg diarrhea n discomfort. In fact now I'm preggy naturally, i was taking coffee chocolate milk without realizing i was expecting. But the month before i did ivf my body rejected dairy products.

Dun worry, looks like you are in safe zone as you haven't ovulated. My last FET ovulation day was like day 17...

I'm a milk lover so when i continued drinking during the tww, i had bad diarrhea. Seems like It was the body's way of hinting to us milk n dairy products aren't good for implantation.

on the contrary, on my 9+ weeks & my MS has stopped. I almost freaked out until Gynae told me most likely MS has subsided. Now start to hv larger appetite.
