@sandyang have u spoke to doc about the constipation. if is v serious, think doc got medicine. my 3rd trimester also horrible, like carry a big iron ball around, clumpsy and heavy, feels crying everyday. i slept side way with a pillow between my tighs. that helps a bit. hang on there....
