    Hmmm actually i noticed my friends with small breasts and slim produced enough milk for baby. I have relatively large breasts but useless la, not enough milk :) Guess it really depends on body, stress level, nutrition and many factors.

    I am not twin mummy, but i have seen before in polyclinics usually the CL will handle one twin and helper handle the other... Guess at the end of the day it is ur own preference also?

    Ya it can be quite challenging... I bought a story book on brushing teeth and also got brushing teeth "song". Have to positively reinforce everytime (though I think my #1 really sucks at brushing on her own).

    Yup like the other mummies said, just use sterile gauze from any pharmacy, dip in cool boiled water and wipe the tongue. Actually i didn't wipe my #1 tongue and nothing happened also. The white bit disappeared ard 6 months. But once start growing teeth must brush.

    Personally I feel Spectra is good. Strong pump and qt durable. However, the pump parts (membrane, valve etc) are not durable and wear/tear/loosen quite easily so I wld suggest u get 1-2 spares for those. Cos it is not easy to find spectra spare parts, must order online and need few days to...

    Totally understand... There was one time my hubby accidentally threw a bottle of BM meant for my baby, who was sick! 90ml u know! At a time when i had only 30ml per pump. And he didnt undersand why i was upset.
