Should we exercise during two weeks wait?

Hello, I've always been curious if you ladies exercise or have sexual intercourse during the two weeks wait before getting a bfp? I have always imagined the worst case scenerio where these activities interfere with implantation. Thank you

Still trying natural methods. But would like to know more for these as well

Natural method: U may exercise and have sex during TWW. Eat healthily and have sufficient sleep.
IUI: No exercise for the first 2 days after IUI. No vigorous exercise during TWW. U can have sex.
IVF: After embryo tranfer, refrain from sex and exercise until pregnancy blood test is taken. U can go for a stroll.
So far this is what i know so far in my fertility journey.
