I'm always wondering. Spree organizer always indicate their credit card exchange rate in their post and stated "will adjust if credit card exchange rate is higher". I'm not sure if anyone would but I would wonder "What if their credit card exchange rate is lower than their stated rate, would they credit the difference back to spreeist?"
But since spreeist is the willing party to pay, no one would ever care to ponder on this. Ultimately, this is a business world. Buyer happy will do.
