I've tried this brand when I was in Taiwan. They have a series of products for pregnancy nourishment. Quite gentle and effective. I only tried concentrated chicken essence with vaccaria seed. This one is for promoting lactation and prevent from mastitis. They have other flavors.

I've tried this our before!! Very nice. I had the one with Vaccaria Seed for breastfeeding but this one can not be drunk during pregnancy. Milk was promoted!! I think you can ask them for advice directly.

I also got morning sickness and got mad easily. hahahah it's time to torture my hubby. I didn't drink more water than before cuz I heard it would worsen the vomiting condition. Hope this would help you.
