The childcare centre will gives the declaration form from MYCS every year. There just want you to declare your monthly working hours and income. For freelancer, i think the childcare will ask for the declaration form from the Supreme Court i mentioned earlier. Not very sure about that.

Dear Charlene, I am not very sure about that, usually MYCS will need the declaration at least once a year. Parents are suppose to update the working status with them if the basic requirement for working mother subsidy cannot meet.

Hi Charlene, I had made a call to MCYS regarding this too, she said freelancer need to go supreme court to declare your monthly working hours and expected income in order to claim working mother subsidy.
