I haven't started TCC since my mc. Am going through some preliminary tests with my gynae now so see how those go. If your gynae says both were because implantation didn't happen properly, what kind of tests do you still need to do?

hi, @pinkfuchsia there are a number of us out here with recurrent mc. I, myself, had 2. The first at 9 weeks last year, and the second at 5 weeks this year. I don't have the slow rising hcg that you mentioned. For the recurrent mcs, there are tests that you can do to see if there is a problem...

Hi, yes there are herbal supplements to boost the swimmers. There is also a kind of protein supplement prescribed by the doctor for motility. I don't know why your doctor says that there isn't though.

I also read up about co-enzyme Q10, and how a lack of it could be a reason for a woman's mc. So i started to take it for the past month. Don't really notice a difference, but I rather be kiasu and take the supplement. My husband was still asking me better not overdo on supplements.

Sorry to hear that. I also suddenly stopped ovulating every cycle since my first mc. You need to take time to recuperate from the mc before you can ttc.

Thanks @hopeful_mum! Do you mind sharing why you didn't want to go with prof Mahesh? For me, I prefer a female doctor

If you don't mind me asking, how long did yours take to treat? I'm a little concerned about my condition, I don't know much yet so hoping the specialist can explain more to me.

Thanks! Yes both my pregnancies were natural and I intend to continue to try naturally. Just want to try my best for a healthy and successful pregnancy. Seems like more and more problems are surfacing and I just want to have a doctor experienced in more complex cases. I do have an appointment at...

@buns_bunnie we seem to be in a similar situation. My mcs were 9 and 5 weeks and my doctor just told me today I have sub clinical hyperthyroidism. She is referring me to a specialist.

I'll be interested to know too! I'm actually getting quite fed up with my gynae and looking around for another.

This forum is indeed a good support for those of us who are going through this pain. It's still tough for me. I still cannot bear to socialise with the friend who conceived the same time as me, and keeping my interactions to just a few other close friends. I hope that will change soon. For...
