Good morning mummies! Just went for my first scan on Sat and all is good.. edd 9 Jan 18 :) looking forward to end of first tri to feel better.. im nauseous quite often and need to keep eating to keep off the feeling. And very tired too, keep zonking off once i hit the bed. Take care all mamas!

I also feel like gagging when i brush my teeth! And bloated and gassy esp at night too.. my #1 tells me its meimei/ girlgirl. haha shall see if hes right later on!

Lemon water is nice! I tried n feel better after drinking too.. esp if its cold.

For those with kids already, is it ok to continue carrying our little ones (below 15kg)? Anyway i had cramps just for one day last week.. felt a bit worse than menses cramps.. thankfully they eased off next few days.. havent gone for my first scan yet tho. Those who scanned alr, did ultrasound...
