Yup, I used a capful of rice wine and added half a pail of water to it for wiping down twice a day. I didn't bathe at all my whole confinement.

Yes! My LO stretch alot along with the little noise! But if I cut off milk in my diet, it means cutting off my calcium intake? Is that really advisable?

Mine sleeps most of the time too.. the period of time she's awake for interaction the whole day probably adds up to 2-3 hours? My girl never had jaundice so should be alright? She's most awake late at night. Tiring!

I direct latch when we are out and in the night.. she feeds frequently too.. sometimes even hourly. She wasn't feeling that well these few days and noticed her distended tummy so brought her to the pd. Pd advised she's overfed and accumulating over time, tummy couldn't take it.. she advised to...

If you want to try to up your supply, you can try taking some booster? See what works for you.. I'm drinking meiji chocolate milk, occasionally taking avocado milkshakes, durian mooncakes. Not sure which works but I take them because I love it! Haha..

My LO was born 3.375kg at 39 weeks and was 4.9kg at the last check on the 10th. Don't worry about your girl's size. As long as she is peeing and pooing well, I don't see any cause for concerns.

I generally get 200-240ml after pumping 20-25 mins every 3-4 hours interval. Last pump will be 10plus in the night and first pump is about 7am.. in between direct latch.

Total breast fed. No supplementing. Before full month, I was only direct latching, only pumping after feeds to empty the breast for emergency stash. After full month, we started bottle in the day and latching at night. So I pump in the day. Except when we are out, I direct latch.

My LO 's cord dropped on the 5th day. I think you should bring your LO to the doc and check it out.

Currently LO is coming 4 weeks.. since week 2, I latch her in the day and bottle feed ebm at night because my mum insists on resting during confinement month. But I will pump twice in the middle of the night at about 4 hours interval. In the day, I will pump usually every 3-4 hours, after...

I agree latching is tiring too.. because we can only do it on our own. I introduced bottle at 2nd week when I had fever and no choice. Luckily, no nipple confusion so far! counting my blessings!

I didn't have any problems at all.. 2nd day after delivery I started sitting normally, though I felt a little sore.. think the soreness lasted one week? I'm fine now and I think the stitches are gone.. I hardly bleed much too!! I think my gynae's stitching skills are awesome!
