First few days is colostrum, very sticky and not easy to express out so your girl might be able to suck it out when she latches but it might seem like there's nothing yet. Just keep latching!
Actually it's common to have false contractions, also called Braxton Hicks. These are mostly painless and feel like a tightening of the abdomen. But if they get more frequent or painful, go and see the gynae. More than 4 in an hour better go see doc.
Won't affect bah, there's all that amniotic fluid to muffle loud sounds.
I sing in a choir, and when we sing a particularly loud part or my voice teacher demonstrates a very high note, I'll get a lot of sharp kicks from inside. Haha!
I have cravings for hot dogs and ham, which is equally bad or worse :P Maybe low blood sugar, your body looking for quick fixes so you end up craving high fat/sugar stuff. Snack more often, keep healthy things like trail mix in easy reach.
If you sleep on your left, you have lesser heartburn too, that's why sleeping left has additional benefits :) But yeah no sleeping on your back, you're really going to feel the pressure when baby gets heavier. Very bad for mummy in long term.
Eat more doesn't mean it goes to baby... Lol. 330g at 20/21 weeks ok what. They put on weight very fast de! By 23/24 weeks will be like 500-600g easily. Smaller baby easier to deliver...

Yeah my weight gain pattern same as yours. One night I actually had a dream about Krispy Kreme donuts and woke up with a massive craving! Lol.
I did store for my #1... But actually a lot of diseases are genetic, so store the cord blood is the same DNA so will have the same genetic flaws? Haha. Maybe quite useless.

Mainly to check that the organs and bones are all developing properly. It's optional, but if any problems are detected (touch wood) it can prepare you and your doctor for what needs to be done after baby is born.
