I love bird nest. expensive but really nutritious. Sialic acid only exist in precious colostrum and bird nest. It's safe an warm. I have it during pregnancy and confinement with chicken essence.

can try 想孕 chicken essence . it's a taiwan brand and i saw it from a tv variety show. I also have their products for confinement now. worth a shot.

I also avoid drinking ginger juice during pregnancy. having chicken essence is good and I also drank it now to restore my strength for delivery.
