If you decide to go for surgery than trust your doc. The reason you want to remove your fibroids is to help you TTC so I believe it would be ok. Many of us had proceed to try without removal and some had proceed to try after removal. Stay positive.

IFC don’t provide dinner. I used to pick up my baby form ifc at 630-645pm. She eats her dinner at 7pm , shower than goes to bed at 8pm. But she would wake up at 12am for milk feed. After they get older, they are more active and bed time may get later. Mine is now 2.5 years old and sleeps at 9-930pm

Best is to discuss with your PD when you go back for baby's regular check up. I was advised to start her on her corrected age, when she reach 5 months corrected. I could start at 5 months cos baby passed all the check ups so far.
