I got mine fr iherb. I try to drink once a day. Alternate it with chocolate milk or plain milk. Morning 1 glass of milk. Nite time milo before slp. Or drink as n when u like.if u have red dates n longan leftover fr confinement can continue cook n drink occasionally. Not too much cos v heaty. N...

@lil_mermaid ur lo suckling n his saliva will stimulate breast milk production. Try getting him to latch as much as possible. For boosters u can try fenugreek, fatty fish, virgin coconut oil, milo works too.

@evelyntan83 where did u get sterimar n nosefrida? Is it prescription items? I find my lo's ear v dirty too. The outer ear top part got dirt. Use wet cotton wool oso can't remove. My lo has no fix schedule.. but she will feed v long before she goes to slp at night. Around 11pm to 1am. Then...

After joining the babywearing fb grp, now I have 1 stretchy wrap, 1 woven wrap, 1 ring sling and 1 ssc. Tried them and I think baby prefer wrap and ssc. Cos she fall aslp instantly like magic. Woot. No sleepy dust for ring sling yet. Hope it will get better. But to babywear in sg really can't...

Mine also will. Slp then suddenly cry so loudly. Hug her pat her no use. Let her suckle, quiet down immediately. Funny thing is I just fed her to slp 15 mins ago. So fast hungry meh? Happens in the nite most of the time.

Intend to breastfeed for a yr. But wondering if I can tahan 6 mths or not... currently only 6wpp.

@Yi Fang is there dairy on ur diet? it could be dairy products that causes reflux in baby. Try eliminate dairy from ur diet.
