    Same here, week 29 for me too. And the tailbone hurts, especially so when I turn in bed. Doc also told me to cut down on walking and swimming.

    Weird how different dietician says different things. Just seen dietician yesterday and she said 2tbsp of milo powder is considered one exchange of carbo. And it's OK to have it with control. Maybe different level of gdm
