If you're looking to go the private route, you can look for Dr Regina Ng. She's a wonderful gynae who does C-sec and her stitches are small and neat.

If you are near Clementi area in the West, I would suggest you try Dr Regina Zuzarte-Ng. :) She's very kind and her clinic's location is quite convenient.
