    I am eating 4 hrs interval.. light breakfast (just drink + biscuit), light lunch (small portion of rice and veg). Is it too much? :)

    hi ladies, I am now 8wks+... today my MS getting worse, feel so uncomfortable. Feel super nauseous since morning until now, kept running to toilet but nothing to puke. Any remedies to help? :(

    Ya.. Try to find slightly loose clothing and hope others won't realize it. Let's all jia you to the stable stage then we can dun need to hide our bb bump. :)

    Yes.. Same for me too! Seem like every morning I got headache choosing clothing to wear for work. :(

    I think for the moment, it is better not to drink Teh Tarik :) But I am wondering can those decaf coffee/tea be alternative option?

    Yes, I am also taking the tablets. It's my first time MTB :) But I dunno why whole day I keep on burping very often, feeling quite annoying. :(

    Congrats to everyone too :) Yes, I also have nausea but only when I wake up in the morning. I feel bloated after every meal although I didn't eat a lot. Let's all jiayou!! :)

    Halo all the mums-to-be, I am new here. I got my bfp result on 13th June and my EDD is 18th Feb 2015. It's on CNY... :) Looking forward to this motherhood journey...
