I'm using the pregnancy pillow from bbhugme in my current second pregnancy and find it more comfortable than the C-shaped pregnancy pillow i used in my first pregnancy. In my opinion, pregnancy pillows definitely helped me sleep better than without, especially from the 2nd trimester onwards.
