@sugarling i tot I read preggy cannot take 南杏， 北杏? Correct me if i'm wrong k.. coz my MIL boiled it for me awhile back coz I was coughing. End up I only took abit coz I read the almond is poisonous :( So far, I haven't really recovered from my cough and now it's back again. Like @tinkle_stars ...

Actually I think for first-timers, bump will show pretty later in the preg. Mine showed prob around 4months or so. It's my #3 now.. I'm coming 11w based on today's scan n i'm showing already. My normal clothes all feel tight already :(

I suffer now each time I take spicy food, coz puked till kenna heartburn. So each time I eat spicy food, it will aggravate my heartburn. But i agree!! spicy food - shiok!!!!!

Ya... it consists of regular visits + delivery fee....

By the way... my gynae's nurse spoke to me about package today, that will start from next visit... Wow!! prices have increased since 5 yrs ago! Now it's a whopping 3k! really very exp to have kids in SG!! *sweat*

I just came back from gynae... so cute to see the lil' one again.. now got hands and legs already. N saw bb moving around too, it's heartwarming :) EDD now changed to a week earlier on my birthday!!! Would be great if we share the same birthday, hehe. heartbeat at 171bpm.. haha.. am gonna try...

My Oscar is on 31 Dec!!! haha... new year's day present. So looking forward to gynae visit tmr.. can see bb again :)

@Feathery oh no... your vomitting sounds bad! All the way till 7months!!!! *gasp* I puked again last night. This time round was all the gastric juice I figured, N now, i'm left with a burnt throat & heartburn. Having difficulty swallowing food, even water. HELP!!!!!!!

Wow @amelia4080 all the food u mentioned are yums to me!!!! I just took Thai Express tomyum last night.. so so only :( haven't really satisfied my craving yet

I remember a few mummies here taking progestrone pills? Can I just ask, I was prescribed Utrogestan by gynae last week. To take 1 pill twice a day. I realised about 45-60min after taking the pill, I will feel very very dizzy, till I almost lost my footing. Do you all feel the same too??? The...
