Amnio is pretty safe, I did it 2 weeks ago at KKH. The procedure can only be done by senior doctors which have gone through specialised certification for the procedure. Just make sure you receive plenty of rest after the procedure. KKH will give you two days of MC but I took another 3 days leave...
