MOMMIES TO BE 2015 (EXPECTING TWINS)

Same here. Mine was even higher - about 11! They got me to monitor my diet to check the range of glucose levels after food, just to make sure it can be controlled. If can't be controlled through diet, then they would have probably asked me to take insulin. I was checked at about 29 - 30 weeks...

MOMMIES TO BE 2015 (EXPECTING TWINS)

Hi all, I'm 19 weeks now. Just recently had sudden heavy bleeding cos of low lying placenta and was rushed to A&E. Have been seeing doc from KKH all this while, but this experience made my family worried & my husband wants me to consider also seeing a private gynae outside of KKH as it's...

Dragon gal, I din really have bed rest but limited myself to just light activities around the house. My colleagues all gossip behind my back and were suspicious that my hosp leave was pregnancy related, but no one really dare to ask what happened. But for those who ask, I just say women...

    Year 2015 IVF mummies- to-be

Had a sudden stomach pain, near the belly button area. It's been a couple of hours already, starting to get worried. Should I go KK and get it looked at tonight? There's no spotting or anything... Just stomach pain, and it's not lower abdomen either. Dilemma...

Hi dragon gal, I've been thru so-iui before too. I found the procedure is almost the same as ivf, only difference in ivf there's the egg retrieval. during ER you'll be sedated so no real pain, maybe some stomach cramps thereafter... The scans are the same as so-iui, injections are similar...

    Year 2015 IVF mummies- to-be

Was considering June Tan too. But I was told that a few female gynaes left KKH recently to join private practice, so those patients who were under them got transferred to June Tan and the other remaining female gynaes. Heard that they're quite overwhelmed rite now, dunno how true... so not sure...

    Year 2015 IVF mummies- to-be

Hi hopeful_still, can I ask which doc in KK you went to see? I'm currently also under doc Sadhana, so will need to decide on another doc soon cos I'm now 8 weeks plus. My husband prefers that we stay with KK cos all my medical records are there and cos we're expecting twins, in case of...

LOL... I just went to measure my waist... Realized that I gained 3.5 inches, no wonder my clothes feel so tight! Originally was about 28.5" now 32". At this rate I'll probably need to start buying maternity clothes sooner than expected. My appetite is up & down... I'm always feeling hungry, but...

MOMMIES TO BE 2015 (EXPECTING TWINS)

Hi all, I'm almost 7 weeks now, expecting twins... How soon do your tummies start showing? I'm already beginning to show, and only halfway thru my first trimester! My office wear is starting to feel snug, which makes it a bit hard to keep the pregnancy a secret till the 2nd trimester! Plus...
