Hafidza, Just back from gynae appt. Dr Heng package has increased to $1k from $800 the last time i see.

I also have the same problem... When it progress, it will get worse. Try to do some pelvic excerise. And u can try some support belt. It helps

You can see her in either clinic. Is the same. For PEH, i think they got 4bedded too. I remember i saw.

Hi Hafidza, my last visit was 2014...her package from 12wks is abt 800+ I am visiting her tmw, i will update u again. Her cassia clinic not so crowded. But she only there on Monday/Wednesday. The rest she will be at her PEH clinic.

Hi all mummies to be, Tested positive last wk. Visit gynae on Monday. This is my #03 already... :p My gynae is Dr Heng from Parkway East Hosp. If u r staying in the east, you may consider her. She is very pro.

I think there is not a need for tummy time. They will have a lot of tummytime when they learn how to flip at a later stage. Let their bones/muscles develop themselves.. I never give my gal TT, she coming 3months. Her head already very strong.

I haven been latching for last 2wks. Only pump. Cos i am on antibotics.. All bm pump for the 2wks goes to her morning bath. Too hard pain to throw. Hope LO still remember to latch later. It will be gd if we can take care of LO ourselves/relatives instead of putting them in CC. If given a choice.

My LO also make alot of noise in her sleep at night,esp 5am till morning.. I wonder, then i google. I guess is Gas. They feeling uncomfortable. I went pharmacy to buy ridwind. Immediately that night. She sleep well. No noise le..

How u make ur LO slèep thru the night? My LO will wake up for milk at abt 1am, 4am and 7am..still 3hrly...
