I tend to feed from one breast, massage baby for about 10-15 minutes then bathe then feed from the other side. If he is just up from a nap he is too hungry to bathe first

In my last check up PD mentioned that from week 6-8 babies tend to sleep a lot. My LO is week 6 now and last few days even I have been noticing he sleeps a lot.

Is it worth getting a bottle warmer? What do you find the most effective way to warmup milk?

I have been able to latch my baby and mostly breastfeed but now I was hoping to get my husband to feed him once in the night to get a break. And possibly use bottle when we are out do you think that might create a problem for the baby? Just using bottle once a day?

My LO's umblical cord came out after 11 days, from day 5 onwards I applied the powder PD gave.. that might have helped.

I have been taking baby outside in a boba wrap, but i do get a lot of people starting and asking how old the baby is and then get disapproving looks that I'm bring a 1 month baby out! But its just too depressing to be stuck at home all the time!!

Omg i have the same problem.. I have been crying everyday.. no body ever emphasis on how hard breastfeeding is or the first few days post birth.. bb is 6 days now and I feel like this is the longest and hardest week i have had and it doesn't look like its going to get easier anytime soon

My breasts are very engorged, any suggestions? It is very painful and my bb lached incorrectly so have bruised nipples so pumping is very painful but have to! Also any suggestions on how to heal bruised nipples fast??

Ya even I'm very confused about how it actually feels. Today I have menstrual like cramps for 15 mins but after that nothing else. Will that help? I would love to know when the baby will arrive as i haven't taken maternity leave yet as i cannot decide, and i don't want to waste too much maternity leave sitting at home waiting!!
