Hi, I go for acupuncture hand-in-hand with ivf, continued till now. I took tcm medication when I start to have spotting from week 5 till the end of first trimester to support the pregnancy.

Every individual is different, some may be shorter period, but soms have ms throughout the pregnancy. Hope your ms subsides soon :)

Just take small meals or snacks throughout the day, eat whatever you feel like eating, at least got to eat something. I know it feels terrible. I did not put on any weigh till week 17, cos of ms. Mine subsides at week 15, then I start to eat more.

You can ask doctor for anti-nausea pills if it is taking a toll on yourself. At least you can sleep and work better.
