everything paid by insurance. From first time see doctor until give birth, all covered. Normally these type of insurance, the premiums are very high. I think its a few thousands per year...not sure how much because company paying.

I didn't do the GD test because doc said not necessary as my weight gain is normal and baby not exceptionally big. sherlly, im already visiting doc every 2 weeks since im week 27. Will be discussing my birth plan 2 weeks later.
