Actually I stopped for 4 mths already just that heard womb will drop so got worried . Diana, main thing is I enjoyed d after workout feeling. I took TRA before my wedding yr 3 mths program which is not cheap too. But thanks for offering.

Is it true we cannot resum vigorous excerise for few mths after natural birth in order to let our womb heal? IF not, womb may sag when we grow older?

Little cow & cj u two really super kiasu! Hahhaa!! But body behave strangely today. I drink sooo much water but not much urine come out unlike previous drink abit have that frequent urination. I really wonder where d water goes? Can't b baby drink it!???

Its a norm for me if I wake up to urinate middle of the night, suddenly some of the symptoms seem to diminish...me only 7 weeks, is this a norm to have disappearing symptoms now?

Agree with chew mondo shoes spoil fast D&C I bought twice from them but before I start wearing them the soles came off. I never enter that hop anymore.
