I'm in the same situation. My FBM packs are just above the meat segment but I tried putting them in containers in hope of sealing out the smell from the meat. Was thinking of doing milk bath when storage has run out but the thought of the fishy smell FBM has.... eeek.

I do the same as Getaway Junkie. I have been bringing LO out since confinement ended. At first, I brought him out for short walks (about 20 mins) downstairs and short trips to the mall were accompanied by my mum or hubby. When I got more confident to venture out on my own, I would make sure...

Mine used to merlion and agree with xicloudix... stimes I would continue to pat him even though he has already burped and if he's gassy, there would be a 2nd burp not long after. Then I'll sit him upright for awhile b4 putting him down. Another thing I did to prevent him from vomiting is to...

I first tried the milkmakers one... helped but I was still not satisfied with the results. Maybe I didn't eat enough or what la... bought it at $30+ from Kiddy Palace... can't tahan with the price if taking for long term for better results. In the end I made my own... went to buy brewer's...

Hello! Anyone tried baking your own lactation cookies? Those in the market are too expensive to me for long term consumption so I tried making my own. The cookies are effective but they are not as yummy as I wished they would be. Anyone has a recipe for yummy lactation cookies to share?

Your description is similar to my experience and I'm only 6th week PP. I'm breastfeeding my child too, but mostly pumping. I highly suspect mine is period cuz the smell is very different from that of lochia. Haha!

About drinking too fast.. could it be that the milk flow is too fast as there are too many holes in the teat? My LO used to merlion after feeds and we realised that was what caused the problem.

Yes, each feed 140ml for now. Can last around 2.5 to 3 hours in the day. He's able to last thru longer at night, say we last fed him at 11pm last night and he just woke up at 330am for his feed. But not everyday can last so long la. Haha!

Any recommendation of gynea at kkh

You mean the one for consultations with the gynae? If that's the one, then nope, there's no package. I paid on per visit basis.
