Sorry to hear that what for blood test and maybe results could be different. I called SGH said it's not uncommon for bleeding so don't need do anything. But but today the spotting is more and fresh blood. Sigh and I am only at 7dp3dt. Gone case liao

@redvel I'm given dydrogesterone 10mg tablet to be taken 3 times a day . That's all. No insert. I think maybe SGH will call me back for BT. I will update here tomorrow.

Hi @redvel & @chuckles tks I think I will stop worrying and call SGH first thing in the morning. I did BT on Friday and my hormones level should be okay cos I did not receive any call. Nurse says will call to go back for more support if need be.

I just did my BT today at 4dp3dt to monitor hormones level and will be given additional support if BT shows insufficiency. Does other fertility centres do that too? I'm a bit confused. Do we consider day of transfer as day 1 or day after transfer as day 1? My transfer on Monday so is today...

Dr Yu told us 100mg is sufficient. Conceive Well has 60mg. I bought Healthy Origins from iherbs which is 100mg but I didn't want to take too much supplement (finds it taxing on the body) so just make do with Conceive Well.

@anamika87 Are you taking conceive well? It also contains Q10. I read if take more than required then excess will be purged out. So if take both then a bit wasted.
