    Any mummies underwent Amniocentesis?

If your eldest turned out to be fine, and there is no family history of down syndrome on both sides of your family, then I personally wouldn't to go for amnio because of the risk of miscarriage that comes with it. Any mummies underwent Amniocentesis?

Does your doctor offer other forms of test? Perhaps Harmony test or Panorama test? Both can test for Down Syndrome and is more accurate and less invasive.

Yolk sac & fetal pole. When?

I think 5 weeks is still too early to see anything, you should be able to see a tiny heartbeat from week 6 onwards. Usually they only determine fetus's viability at week 8, so just be patient. Hope everything goes well for you ;)

Can take duphaston tablets on 1st trimester?

Duphaston tabs are for you to stabilise your pregnancy, I took them during my first trimester without any problems. You can ask your gynae why she gave you that, but personally I think she is just trying to play it safe. :)

    Fibroid and pregnancy

@Bendi, but i think since the gynae didn't mention anything about pregnancy and fibroid cannot co-exists, I think should be ok. For now, let us trust the experts. :D
