I use combi wipes. They are thick n moist even after keeping for a long time as i buy by carton. Haven't tried nuk.

I skip babyfairs and all types of fairs basically. Crowds overwhelm me. If I know what I need I call the company directly and ask for babyfair promo - but I buy in bulk- carton so maybe that's why they are usually alright to give me the promo rates.

I use chinese pear, almond seeds , figs and chuan bei boil or double boil depending on how thick I want it to be. Usually boil for my kids. I try not to add rock sugar as sugar induces phlegm .
