maybe u can travel during your 2nd trim, my sis went US for holiday for 1 mth right after her 1st trim. be sure to check with your doctor before travelling. :)

i got cramps from wk 4-wk6, as long as there is no spotting, you shd be fine. but if it's really unbearable, i believe you can go back to your gynae and ask for mc. take care babe.
