    It's normal for yeast/bacteria infection to set in due to the inserts coming back out a little and staying on our panty liner or underwear. The moisture is a hotbed for yeast/bacteria growth. I had that problem in the past, and the clinic suggested that I consult a GP for diagnosis and treatment.

    Antibiotics can upset your tummy's natural flora, therefore causing bloatedness, diarrhea, etc. Can take probiotics to rebalance, but must be at least 2 hours apart from antibiotics.

    I'm with NUH, and I recently had an ER on a Wed. My DH was asked to clear his sperm by Sat (ie, 4 days prior).

    I was taking MACA along with TCM meds, as well as Royal jelly, bee pollen, bee propolis and folic acid. I stopped MACA and TCM Meds right before I started the stim injections.

    Hi sherleyuki, I took MACA, at the recommendation of the TCM specialist that I was consulting. Was told it helps to improve egg and sperm quality. It's available at Guardian and possibly other pharmacies.
