just to share, dont take spotting (esp fresh red) lightly. for my #1 i had spotting from brown to red and cramping since week 6 and i didnt do anything about it. gynae didnt seem to think its serious. then i had very heavy fresh red bleeding (like waterfall) in week 12 that led to threatened...
