    Serene, I tried LOTS of sleep :) More than 9 hours for me. The next day I felt less nauseous and significantly more alert. You can give it a shot if your schedule allows for it!

    Hi there! Yes, I also tried chicken essence, which seems to keep me energetic. Eating prunes and apricots as well, in order to keep the iron levels up. I took some iron tablets early in the pregnancy and that ended up being one of the worst vomiting sessions of my life. The nausea and fatigue...

    Prevent baby inheritance of Parents eczema

    My colleague personally swears by probiotics supplements during pregnancy to prevent eczema in her kids. She took it for her second pregnancy, and said that her second born's skin condition is a lot better than her firstborn's. Not too sure if probiotics is really the answer, but no harm trying :)
