    IVF April 2018

It’s possible. My doc checked the inside just before ET because I told him I had spotting. He said it could be due to my inside being sensitive or had some abrasion during crinone gel insertion. I continued spotting after ET but my BT came back positive yesterday. [emoji4]

    Year 2015 IVF mummies- to-be

I have the oblong Avent sterilizer and Pigeon multi-function sterilizer. Both are big enough to accommodate many bottles + my pump parts. I find the sterilizing cycle for Pigeon shorter. I also like the digital control board which indicates the temperature. The Avent sterilizer can only be...

    Year 2015 IVF mummies- to-be

I have one manual pump (standby in case electric pump fails) and two electric pumps, one for home and one for work. I only bring the milk home with ice pack in a cooler bag. Bringing all the pump parts and bottles to and fro is too tedious for me who takes MRT and bus. Depending on ur mode of...

U can get a manual pump first to standby then decide u'd really need an electric pump later. It's wonderful to latch the baby and get the baby to latch often to establish ur initial supply. Enjoy the latch/bonding time. :)

I bought the AIA policy too. Transferred to baby once she was born, and settled her hospitalization plan quickly. No regrets. She kena hfmd at 3mo and was hospitalized so we could claim for those expenses. I was bleeding in 3rd trimester, probably due to low placenta, and hospitalized for...

    Gynae cost and packages

Subsidized patients can't choose doctors. Private patients can. A1 ward is private rate. Subsidized wards are B2 and C.

Did u learn from LC how to do syringe feeding and cup feeding? My girl started off with fm in bottles becoz I had complications after delivery. I trained her to latch using cup feeding. She only succeeded on how to latch properly at 2 weeks old. Keep latching, jiayou!

My tummy was small till 6 months. My tummy/baby grew exponentially after that. I think the size of the tummy doesn't matter. Mummies have this natural instinct to know how baby is. I always try to think positive coz I believe happy mummy, happy baby. Be happy k! :)

    Year 2015 IVF mummies- to-be

I had morning sickness since week 13 until I gave birth. (Yea, how suay lol!) I took anti-nausea medicine prescribed by the gynae. Pyridoxine and metocloPRAMIDE worked for me on top of a light diet consisting of only soup-based stuff with vege only, occasionally fish. I became semi-vegetarian...

IVF with KKH (Dr Matthew Lau)

Thanks, PreciousBeanie. I consulted Dr. Lau abt my medical issues. He advised next cycle can be Apr 2016, or as early as Sep 2015. I had some conditions in my first pregnancy so better for me to move on quickly to #2.

IVF with KKH (Dr Matthew Lau)

I started as private, saw a doc at kkh and didn't like him. Then I got a polyclinic referral, was assigned to Dr. Lau for iui/ivf consultation. I felt comfortable with him, then changed to private to continue seeing him. U can convert to private any time u wish.
