I gave myself a very fixed schedule.. did some colouring and writing, and also spent alot of time watching drama.. as for meals, i eat on bed too. Got myself a portable table and my mil or hubby will bring meals in..
I was worried too. But no choice, i kept having spotting when i went for work.. got to give up alot of career opportunities. But u really need rest, after ur first trimester u will feel better :)
R u still in first trimester? I tried alot of things to comfort myself like ginger beer, biscuits etc.. most didnt work actually.. but I took leave and rest alot. U might wanna rest more at home.. after awhile u will feel better. During third trimester i was feeling alright..
im a first time mum too! Can understand how u feel.. hmm what worked for my case was durian n avocado. Baby's weight increase a little.. My appetite was very very bad and i hardly finish a normal portion of rice. I was quite desperate cos i was at risk for preterm labour.. u might wanna try...
I took that for many months during my pregnancy due to some complications. It is normal to feel that way after taking it. But if ur gynea recommend u to take it, i think it is worth it despite the discomfort.. without it i dont think I'll be holding my little one now :)
Dont need to worry at all. The weight is just a guideline and if ur bb is just a little lower than the usual weight, is totally fine. Just remember, every baby is different, just like us.. my baby was abit smaller than the usual weight. As long as he is healthy, then u shouldnt b too worried.
I also recommend dr claudine tan! She delivered my boy 2 weeks ago and i can say shes vry professional. Her judgement is very accurate. My condition was quite complicated but she managed to help me thru out. Very encouraging too..
