Natural pregnancy & raise our baby in the most natural way

Hi beac, The light from the YL diffuser is alright, not glaring. I find it similar to a soft bedside lamp. Yeah, better to join as wholesale member (then you enjoy 24% discount), retail member has no discount leh. YL is def a MLM model but the products are good. I join to buy the products for...

Hi beac Both are ultrasonic diffusers. I find the YL Home Diffuser (which I got it free as a member after 3 months) works faster. The smell fills the bedroom in less than a minute. I drop about 3-4 drops of oil. The Muji diffuser takes more time and the smell is milder even though I drop 4...

I think most of us are using ultrasonic diffusers because burning the oils will cause the oils lose some of their properties. If you are using YL essential oils, pls consider using their diffusers or the Muji ultrasonic diffuser

    Essential Oils

Feel free to PM me should you wish to find out more about the benefits of being a YL member. Of course you can continue to ask your friends who are YL members to help you purchase the YL oils at wholesale prices, but you would then miss out on the benefits.

Sorry for the late reply, actually, I haven't done this personally but for the EOs that you want to apply during labour, please massage inside the ankles (vita-flex points), on little toes, little fingers and lower tummy and back.

Hi Rosnyus, Are you using a birth doula? If not, I'm not sure if the hospitals allow essential oils to be used in the delivery suite. I saw this from a doula: 1. Clary Sage-relieves tension, brings on labor, helps with expelling afterbirth 2. Geranium Rose-enhances circulation and is good...

Less oil to more VCO is good... The essential oil is very quickly absorbed into the blood stream. Maybe just to be careful, rub some VCO on the gums first before you rub the diluted clove on the gums! Keep us posted on the results

Yes, I agree with tongtong8 that Clove is a spicy oil and should be diluted with a carrier oil like extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil. I've looked up other references and yeah, looks like clove oil is most effective for teething issues. (Please note that essential oils CANNOT be diluted...

Anyone share experience for Lymph Nodes

Thanks, mummysniper! Appreciate it! I do have the EOPR, hence now going to try out Ylang Ylang and Aroma Life as suggested in the pocket reference... Earlier on, I referred mostly to neutral resources on essential oils as I felt YL resources might be biased... So Clary Sage had some research...

Anyone share experience for Lymph Nodes

Yup, me too! I wanted natural remedies for my girls as they were going to the doc far too often and fed too much medicine. I find essential oils an excellent alternative, esp for chronic ailments like sensitive sinusitis. My older daughter has that and is prescribed a steroid nasal spray...

You can try Frankincense oil from Young Living too. It's quite a mild oil, compared to Thieves (which can be quite hot)
