According to the papers, the HSA does not recommend to change if there are no symptoms. I have not had a BA but am considering and was reading up about implants. I am considering BA or fat transfer too. My cousin had implants placed on top or muscle and according to her didn’t have much pain after surgery. Results look very natural and soft, that’s why I’m considering too lol. Not heard much about dream clinic.
