Other than dr yap from kkh and dr cheah from gleneagles, are there any other good hypospadias surgeons around? Looking for a second opionion after son's surgery.

My son was warded in may 2018 for the surgery. Dr yap kkh was the surgeon. He stayed for 10 days because his recovery was poor. Took him almost 2 months for the scalp to drop off completely. Our insurance did not pay for the surgery cos he was born with it. We stayed in b1 ward and the bill...
