    Hi, I’ve started taking it in 2nd trimester. Bought the concentrated one from Lo Hang Ka which is convenient. Needs to be refrigerated. Once opened, needs to be consumed within 22 days. I usually take one or two table spoonful on alternate mornings ( at night before sleep is also fine).
