hi @heyhailey .. i think it depends alot on the kids themselves. some kids are fine when you put them to infant care or childcare when they are 18 months, but some kids will cry and scream when you do so despite they are 2 years old. personally, i feel for kids that are around 2 years old...

It is normal that kids cant read at 3-4.. in fact, some 5s can't do so as well. It is mainly because parents don't read to them as often, and they can associate the word to the sound. so actually, if your kid can speak well, i think you can establish reading time with him.. not necessary books...

Heyhey, i think it depends on the budget that you have in mind and the type of program that you want your child to undertake? Some preschool focus on fun-based, some focus more academically, some using Montessori method, etc.. and the fees ranges really quite a fair bit..
