I think it is fine if you don't really drink milk. There are many other ways to consume calcium, especially from little fishes that you can eat whole (ikan bills, japanese shisamo and shirasu). You could try soy or almond milk too!

Yes the harmony test results were all normal for me. I think 1/100000? I got terrible ratio only for down's syndrome. My girl is now 1.5years old. Hope this helps! Oh i opted for Harmony because i didn't want to do anything invasive :)
