don't eat bread. cfm readings will be high. U can eat instant oats for breakfast. That's what I do and reading less than 5.

My LO is not too big either. Will be 34 weeks this week and ytd check out, LO only 2.16kg. Doc say its within the normal range. :)

t I have GD now too. eat soupy staff like yong tau fu, fish soup, bee hoon soup all these food can pass the glucose test. Eating bread cfm will fail the test, even if its wholemeal. Jiayou!
