Is it just brown spotting? For me, i went to the gynae at an estimated 4w plus but couldn't see any sac for the abdominal ultrasound. Doc did hcg beta blood test for me. Came back with the result of 935.1, which is too early to see any sac. At least need 1000-2000 approx. Endured 2 more weeks...
