I think it also depends on how you respond to the iui drugs. For me, thou I did at kkh, my total sum added to almost 3k for one round. Also becuz my follicles were responding but growing at a really slow rate. I only did the actual IUI on like day 24 of my cycle.
I would say the waiting time isn't as bad as I thought it would be despite the crowd. Usually I will reach betw 750 to 805 to get a queue tic, n by 9am, I wld be done w the ultrasound n seeing the doc. N I thought the doctors there were not bad...
If money is not a concern, private might be a better route. Just that you won't be eligible for the Govt Co funding for IUI tt was introduced this year. But the cofunding isn't as big as for ivf treatments. I tried clomid for 2 rounds and letrozole for 4 rounds before moving on to iui at kkh.
Cramping is also an early sign of pregnancy. As long as your period hasn't come, you may still be pregnant. The most accurate test wld be a blood test to check your hcg. Usually kkh will do this test abt 18 days post IUI.
Oh! Din know it disappears by then. OK cuz my blood test is next Tuesday which is actually 19 days after iui. But still taking the progesterone pills as instructed by the nurse.
Icic... I think today is 15days past my Iui... Guess I will just wait for 2 more days as I am afraid its too early or still detecting anything from the hcg trigger shot tt I had before the iui.
