My blood test was scheduled 8dp5dt... But not sure how accurate the kit is. Maybe get the most sensitive clear blue digital? When is your bt scheduled?

Hello - meds start from day 3. 3 types in total, oral, patch and insert. Scan on day10. Added one more insert (progesterone) and transfer on day 16. Dr did mention usually 2 scans day 10&14 and transfer usually day 19/20 but mine was brought fwd as lining ok and he had to travel.

Babe, why don't you check with your Dr. Probably going to differ based on individual. I suppose you're referring to jabs for ER. I was on gonal 250, 1 jab day2-7. Meds changed only after scan on day8

Yup. Mine was at the lining, hence it came out with the scratch. Transfer is scheduled on Friday so we will know in 2 weeks what the results are.. FYI - I had 2 failed iui before and no scratch was done then

Can't advise when the hospital will call.. Polyps comes and goes and tends to recur. According to my dr, polyps might impact implantation. I trust him and believe he knows best.. Don't think the scratch is common with most ppl doing ivf so maybe worth highlighting and see what your Dr says...

just to share, my Dr also recommended doing the scratch. Analysis of the scratch specimen suggested the presence of a benign polyps. And polyps do affect chances of implantation. Not sure if this actually caused the 2 failed iui. I'm doing my first ET on Friday, so let's see..

For me, did simulated iui so the process v similar. Medication/injections to help with egg growth. Then one trigger shot to induce ovulation. The only difference is number of injections (more for ivf) and blood work for ivf. Both required similar number of visit to Dr, scans (about 2-3 before...

Private clinic. Iui and ivf should be similar time frames, all can be done within a cycle. But you're right on the timing. Just take note that regardless iui or ivf, your hubby still needs to be there.. hospitals here do not freeze unfertilised eggs.
