hi mummies, in my last checkup with gynae, she saw a blood clot in my uterus, after seeing my sac, and asked me if I get cramps, I said yes and she told me that cramps can happen when uterus is expanding or if any loose blood tissues are around, but are generally harmless if away from sac/fetus...
