    I am on total DL, but will pump once LO is done to clear the remaining milk in boobs. I will then store these milk as emergency stash or let my husband feed him when i am tired.

    Mine was $359 for 3D2N. It was recommended by my PD. My LO's jaundice ranges at 200ish now. Much better than previously. Hydrate baby to let baby pee and poo a lot. I gave in to formula milk in order to ensure tt baby hv enough.

    Just back from the PD. Baby's jaundice seems to stabilise at abt 200. PD say shld be ok and dont need additional blood tests, just need to monitor and go back for review 2 weeks later. Thanl goodness. It had been tough esp since my milk is quite low

    My PD advises against taking ginger as he say might worsen the jaundice in babies. So i din really take much ginger. For me, i basically stay at home for confinement. My only breath of fresh air is when bb go for medical.

    Mine too. She used quite a bit of strength on my tummy area. But the massage is really effective. i start to see my waist again. My tummy is almost back to pre-pregnancy days though my tummy is very shaggy.

    Sigh. I rented the machine today cuz my baby's jaundice went up after discharge. Its so worrying and my milk supply still low.
